Shealthy project was presented during the 35th effost conference last 3rd november as joint parallel session with our sister project fox – #foxfoodinabox.
Simona mincione, our eu project manager, presented as the shealthy project coordinating organisation, introduced “mild processing innovations to preserve fresh fruits and vegetables”, providing an insight into shealthy project innovative aspects.
The event ended with a round table about hurdles about implementing ideas moderated Oliver Schlüter from atb.
